Errata

This is in regard to the last post I made on this blog regarding the section 49-O. As it turns out, there is no such act in the constitution,and it is a recommendation in the Conduct of Election Rules 1961. P.S-Mehul, thanks for bringing it to light. I myself found about it a little later, and was actually planning to put up the real story, but still.
